Samsung Galaxy Ace is the combination of the 3.5 inch display, the size and shape of bezel around the screen, the single mechanical button and the stainless steel trim which makes the Ace very familiar. The 3.5 inch screen uses capacitive touchscreen technology and it is extremely responsive. But what hinders in this handset is the HVGA (320X480) pixel resolution and its LCD panel looks a little dull and blocky.

There is a headphone socket at the top of the phone. It is fashioned with 5 mega-pixel camera and an LED flash on the back of the Ace. The micro-SD card slot is on the right hand side of the set, filled with 2 GB card that can be replaced with a card up to 32 GB in capacity. The big plus in the favor of Samsung Ace is the inclusion of a Swype keyboard. It is included in a number of the Android releases. But the disappointing matter is that Ace is incompatible to Adobe Flash even though it runs on the Android Froyo (2.2) platform.
