Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon Review and Box Office Collection
Kapil Sharma can be rightly called the comedy king of India, after the immense fan following he has garnered after his highly successful show called “Comedy Nights with Kapil”. The talented star comedian has moved a step ahead in his career with the movie called “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon”. Though it is a Kapil Sharma film all the way, the others in the star cast include Arbaaz Khan, Sharat Saxena, Supriya Pathak, Manjari Phadnis, Amrita Puri, Simran Kaur Mundi, Elli Avram, Sai Lokur, Varun Sharma, Manoj Joshi, Sharad Sankla (Charlie), and Jamie Lever, the daughter of Johnny Lever. The film has been directed by the director duo Abbas Mastan, which has been famous for making thriller movies.
The Plot
“Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” reminds of the movie called “Saajan Chale Sasuraal”, a Govinda comedy of the nineties, with Sharma plays a man to three wives and sweating it out to juggling between them. Besides Sharma, actor Sharat Saxena, who plays Sharma’s father gives the film its share of comic moments too. Kapil Sharma is Kumar, who has three wives, Juhi (Manjari Phadnis), Simran (Simran Kaur Mundi) and Anjali (Sai Lokur). He wants to be honest to each of his wives and on the advice of his lawyer friend Karan (Varun Sharma), he buys three flats on three different floors in the same building. Here, he is able to manage the three of them with lesser commuting to do. Like it always happens, there comes a time when things start becoming tougher for Kumar as he finds his own stories and lies too hot to handle. What ensues is one joke after the other as the story moves ahead with the man managing the ladies and also a girlfriend played by Eli Avram aka Deepika. The situations turn even more difficult as he tries to hide one woman from other and their fathers and brothers make their way in.
The Performances
“Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” is an all in all Kapil Sharma movie and he has made a good transition from television to films, though he does seem to repeat what he already does. The ladies do not have much to do as they share the screen space as well as screen time, which gives them a limited scope. The directors have also done a mediocre job as they move to an entirely new genre. Music is average and Kapil Sharma’s dancing skills get no appreciation, though he continues to rule in the genre of comedy.
