UM DSR Review

The UM DSR is an off-road motorbike manufactured by a renowned American motorcycle manufacturing company United Motors widely known as UM. The DSR as per its category, has got a unique body design.

The fuel tank of the DSR looks muscular and the extensions add style to the bike. The headlight is also placed inside an attractive housing and the mudguard’s placement also makes the bike look fashionable. The graphics all over the bike gives it a unique look and the rear part is also featured with LED taillights which has got a distinctive design. Moreover, UM has been exporting two variants of DSR in Nepal; the DSR 200 and the DSR 230.

Talking about the DSR 200, the motorbike has got the height and length of 1130 mm and 2110 mm. The bike, further, receives wideness of 810 mm and weighs 144 kg. Also, the front wheel and the rear wheel maintain the gap of 1330 mm with each other. Besides, the bike is equipped with telescopic hydraulic fork front suspension and hydraulic mono rear suspension. Additionally, the DSR 200 is powered with single cylinder, 4 stroke engine which provides maximum power and torque of 14.89 bhp and 15.58 Nm respectively.

Similarly, the UM DSR 230 is the elder brother of the DSR 200 which is bigger than it in various aspects. The DSR 230 is 80 mm longer than the DSR 200 having the length of 2190 mm also, the bike is 40 mm tall possessing the height of 1170 mm. Also, the bike is 820 mm wide whereas, DSR is 810 mm wide. Besides, the front tire is 1350 mm far from the rear one. The bike, further, features single cylinder, 4 stroke, 223 cc engine which produces maximum power of 15.74 bhp and maximum torque of 16.65 Nm.
